I’m Md. Jesan Anjum Turzo, a founder, speaker, and author. As the founder of the Language Club of Safiuddin Sarker Academy & College (LCSSAC),AMI Academy[Al-Madina-tul Islam Academy] and the platform English Capsule, I aim to empower students with essential English skills and relious thoughts.
I have spoken on over 10 prestigious stages, achieved a GPA of 5 in both PSC and SSC, and collaborated with renowned organizations such as Mujib Olympiad, Ninish, BioPark, English Olympiad, and English Carnival Bangladesh.
Currently, I’m an 11th-grade student at BAF Shaheen College Kurmitola. My passions include learning, teaching, writing, and public speaking. I strive to inspire students to become confident speakers, capable leaders, and future influencers.
Message"And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me."
Translation: "I have only created jinns and men, that they may worship Me." (51:56)
All praise is due to Allah, the Almighty, Who created us. The purpose of our creation is to worship Him, yet today we remain heedless. Allah has sent us to this world, and to Him, we will ultimately return. To truly understand Islam, we must seek knowledge.
However, only general knowledge or worldly knowledge is not enough to understand Islam. We need Islamic knowledge. I have never studied in a Madrasa, but since understanding Islam in class 7, I resolved to pursue Islamic knowledge alongside my academic education. I encourage you all to strive for at least the minimum Islamic knowledge, even if you cannot become an Alim.
"Knowledge is that which benefits, not that which is memorized."
Meaning: Knowledge that does not serve a practical purpose or cannot be applied is worthless. Therefore, we must gain skills alongside acquiring knowledge and put that knowledge into practice.
Today, millions of youths in Bangladesh are unemployed. One major reason is the lack of job opportunities and our inability to apply knowledge practically. As a result, instead of becoming entrepreneurs, we are merely job seekers. My dream is to create 10 million new job opportunities in Bangladesh.

"وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالْإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ"
অনুবাদ: "আর আমি জিন ও মানুষকে সৃষ্টি করেছি কেবল আমার ইবাদতের জন্য।" (৫১:৫৬)
সকল প্রশংসা মহান আল্লাহর যিনি আমাদের সৃষ্টি করেছেন। মহান আল্লাহ মূলত আমাদেরকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন তাঁর ইবাদত করার জন্য। কিন্তু আজ আমরা উদাসীন। তিনি আমাদের এই পৃথিবীতে পাঠিয়েছেন এবং তাঁর কাছেই আমাদের ফিরে যেতে হবে। আর ইসলাম সম্পর্কে জানার জন্য আমাদের প্রয়োজন জ্ঞান।
তবে শুধু সাধারণ জ্ঞান বা পৃথিবীর জ্ঞান দিয়ে ইসলামকে জানা সম্ভব নয়। এর জন্য দরকার ইসলামী জ্ঞান। আমি কখনো মাদ্রাসায় পড়িনি, কিন্তু যখন ক্লাস ৭ থেকে ইসলামকে বুঝতে পেরেছি তখন থেকেই আমি নিয়ত করেছি আমার একাডেমিক পড়াশোনার পাশাপাশি আমি ইসলামী জ্ঞান অর্জন করব। আমি আপনাদেরও বলব, আলিম না হলেও ইসলামিক যে ন্যূনতম জ্ঞান থাকা দরকার তা অর্জন করুন।

অর্থ: যে জ্ঞান আমাদের কাজে আসে না, অর্থাৎ যেটাকে আমরা বাস্তবে প্রয়োগ করতে পারি না, সেই জ্ঞান মূল্যহীন। তাই আমাদের জ্ঞান অর্জনের পাশাপাশি দক্ষতা অর্জন করতে হবে এবং সেই জ্ঞানকে বাস্তবে কাজে লাগাতে হবে।
আজ আমাদের বাংলাদেশে লক্ষ লক্ষ যুবক বেকার। এর একটি বড় কারণ কর্মসংস্থানের অভাব। আর আমরা আজ জ্ঞানকে বাস্তবে ব্যবহার করতে পারছি না বলে উদ্যোক্তা না হয়ে আমরা চাকরি খুঁজছি। তাই আমি বাংলাদেশে নতুন ১০ মিলিয়ন কর্মসংস্থানের সুযোগ তৈরি করতে চাই।
